The Mavericks March Madness tournament is held annually at the end of March. 12U, 14U and 16U OPL.

- 14U COED: Born in 2012-2013
- 14U Boys: Born in 2012-2013
- 16U Boys: Born 2010-2011
- 16U Girls: Born 2010-2011
Cost (per team):
- 12U COED: $750
- 14U COED: $800
- 14U Boys: $800
- 16U Boys and Girls: $932.25 (including taxes)

- Registration and payment deadline is: March 06, 2026.

Tournament Operation:
12U COED:
- Round robin with semis and finals
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive medals
- 4x10 mins run time
- Shortened FOP (1M, 3M, 4M), small nets
- 5 on 5 plus goalie
- 1 time out
- 1 min between quarters
- No shot clocks
- No tie games, you will go into a 3 player shootout (shooting from the 4M line)
14U Boys:
- Round robin with semis and finals
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive medals
- 4x7 mins quarters
- 6 on 6 plus goalie
- 1 time out
- 1 min between quarters
- 30 sec shot clock
- No tie games, you will go into a 3 player shootout
14U COED:
- Four games per team, point system
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive medals
- 4x7 mins quarters
- 6 on 6 plus goalie
- 1 time out
- 1 min between quarters
- 30 sec shot clock
- No tie games, you will go into a 3 player shootout
16U Girls:
- Four games per team, point system
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive medals
- 4x7 mins quarters
- 6 on 6 plus goalie
- 2 time outs
- 1 min between quarters
- 30 sec shot clock
- No tie games, you will go into a 3 player shootout
16U Boys:
- Round robin with final placement games
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive medals
- 4x7 mins quarters
- 6 on 6 plus goalie
- 2 time outs
- 1 min between quarters
- 30 sec shot clock
- No tie games, you will go into a 3 player shootout
Hospitality Room:
- Hospitality Room for all Coaches/Volunteers/Officials will be in the Committee Room (upper level of EO, running from Friday-Sunday)
