Training at a higher level helps improve speed and endurance while a focus on strategy develops game play and a team approach.
Who:
For athletes aged 16 and Under with strong swimming ability. While 16U still welcomes newcomers to the sport, 16U athletes typically have previous water polo experience or have been a member of a swim team, played other team sports, etc.
What:
Our 16U Competitive program ramps up training with increased focus on Canadian National Team routines and techniques. Increase focus on game strategy and team play prepares athletes for more competition opportunities. Skills and fitness are always featured.
